this is exactly like me, if i workout with my partner he is like a bucket of sweat absolutely dripping and ill just be a little red in the face.. it looks like i do less work tho i dont .. im very fair and i just get hot n dizzy ive just learned to push through it :happy:

my advice would be drink lots of water and inbetween meals eat low calorie but healthy foods like carrot sticks and hummus this is what I have done, I really don't like water that much but it has been working even if I add some dilute juice in the water sometimes and also try to keep busy so you don't really think about it…

I have done 10 min solutions dvd on the yoga ball was different to the ones I normally do which are all high energy :D

mine does I am a home carer and I work 12 days on the trot and no day is ever the same times sometimes I can work from 7 am to 10pm and get a hour diner break but on them long days I don't have the energy to exercise on my dinner, so I find it hard sometimes, just do it when I can.. plus I have a dog so always have to make…
