My mom lost 60 pounds and went from a C to a B. Everyone in my family is a pear shape. I'm more of an hourglass now bc of my weight. I'm a DD and I'm sure they will shrink some. WOW :noway: Usually a cereal serving size is 3/4 cup. Get a good work out, and eat well for the rest of the day. One day over isn't going to undo everything. And like others have said tape the nutritional info on those containers.

I haven't been released yet to actually start it, but my mom and dad have been doing it for a couple weeks. My mom likes it cause it's cardio and you're done after 25 minutes. My dad doesn't like it, but that's because he prefers the P90X ones.

If you really hate it, then do something else. No point in doing something that you don't enjoy. Personally if I am doing something I really don't enjoy I definitely don't put as much effort into it. Find what works for you. I'm going to start T25 in a few weeks once I heal from a shoulder injury. I've heard it's great.

No, I think it gives low numbers for protein intake. Also if it's on the default percentages, than it's only having you eat 15% protein. I changed mine to 40% carbs, 30% protein, and 30% fat.

I guessed 22.5% bigger than I am. I don't really find this accurate, because they are all the same body type, so I went with the body that had the widest hips since I'm a pear. I have the same issue..interested in the responses. On the elliptical my feet would get tingly and painful...I loosened my laces, and that helped, not sure if that could help with the burning sensation also. I just gave up the treadmill and only walk outside.
