    No pants = more comfortable to sleep in than yoga pants.

    I love to wear yoga pants to just hang out around the house, though. I used to wear them to go walking in during the fall/winter - but today when I hit 30 lbs lost, to reward myself I bought tighter (misses size XL instead of Lane Bryant's 22/24!!) replacements that are actual fitted athletic pants for biking/running. That was exciting for me :-)

    I sleep in a tee or tank and undies, except for about 2 weeks in winter when it is really cold and then I wear full fledged flannel pjs

    When I first started getting up in the mornings to workout, I would wear my workout top and crop yoga pants to bed instead of PJs. Now that I'm used to getting up early, I just wear my PJs and change when I get up. :happy:
