I am the same way I need that motivation and with those two classed inparticular you are getting a total body workout. When I did those classes sometimes I'd burn up to 700 calories in a pump class and around 500 in the Attack class in attack I had to do lower options because of a knee thing but those programs are great.…

Runners don't have toenails , so I have been told anyway because I am far from being a runner, I'm sure that there is nothing wrong try going a size up in your shoe because your feet do swell and maybe add a multivit if your not doing so already:)

Its because you are not eating enough calories , sounds crazy but it screws with your metabolism so eat your goal calories watch the sodium and don't eat back your exercise calories and you will see the scale go down

Witha shoulder injury you may find that a full range of motion just isn't possible I know some with that type of injury will do push ups against a wall to take some of the pressure off. You don't want to hurt yourself more

If aint broke don't fix it ....I wouldn't up calories until you reach your goal the bottom line less calories = weight loss more calories =weight gain. If you are losing with MFP plan I'd stick with it

Yes Yes Yes do it!!!! It will give you the tools you need to prevent injury and use things correctly . I don't work with one now but have in the past and it was an amazing experience as long as you don't get an a-hole

Squat form is soooooo important I speak from experience , lower back pain = bad form , and weak core like you already said . I have since fixed this and am able to take more weight on my bar and squat longer and deeper than ever before!!!!!
