Hey team I hope everyone is doing well. I'm still really sore from leg day on Tuesday and honestly have no idea how I am going to do leg day today. :/ But I will figure it out there's no such thing as not doing it. Sooo I can make it until Saturday a much needed rest day :)

Hey team I hope everyone is having a great day. Breakfast was 2cups organic baby spinach/baby kale deli turkey 2 hard boiled eggs and 2 table spoons ranch dressing . I'm really trying this low carb intake too so far so good lets see how it goes for weigh in. ;) and of course I've had 72 oz of water already too :)

40 jumping jacks done so far. 10 in the bathroom 20 in break room 10 in hallway. My poor coworkers are tickled. Looking at me like what in the world are you doing My response I'm doing a challenge. Thinking to myself I have 10 pounds to go to be out of the 300's damn it I am going to get there sooner than later.

Good morning team 24 oz of water down already and 10 jumpimg jacks done in the kitchen not to figure out were to the rest while at work. ;) Yesterday was pretty awesome stayed under carlories did a kick but cardio workout most importantly no late night snacking. Good Morning Team let's get this day going in the right direction. If you eat something crazy it's ok shake it off and make the next choice a better one. If you didn't work out it's ok do some squats now or march in place . What ever the struggle may be it's ok life happens. We got this!!!

My water intake is awesome I'm at 120 oz already but my problem seems to be my protein I can never seem to hit that without my carbs being crazy. I have my carbs set lower then protein. Hey team It's little hard for me to get steps in right now due to Achilles tenditis on the right foot and Plantar Fasica on the left foot. Plus my job consist of me sitting a lot. If its ok I can log my miles on the elliptical and bike. I already have 96 oz of water down for this morning.
