  • Hi everyone. I'm 44 and was doing great and then stopped doing great! Now I'm working at getting back to great. :| My ultimate goal is to lose about 60 lbs but I'm focusing on getting to 175 (which I haven't seen in many years!) short-term. I'm going to try adding all of you!

  • I disagree. There are nutrients to be had in fast food meals. It's the quantity that's bad.
  • Eat the whole egg!!!! I keep a flock of chickens just for the eggs and wouldn't think to throw any part of it away.
