First week on OMAD. Went from 202.6 lbs to 197.4 lbs and from 27% bf to 26.7% I will admit that I haven't followed OMAD strickly and some day I was too low on the calories. When I eat at home, I find that I have a hard time reaching the calorie goal. Still, I've been feeling good and I am really glad I've lost 10 lbs this…

Ok! So I lost 1.8 lbs today. That means I lost a pound since sunday. I guess I was panicking. But I am going to continue watching the calories and weighing myself every friday.
-
I started skipping breakfast last sunday. I gained a pound. Trying to figure out if my case will take longer or if I am doing it wrong.
-
I am 5'77 and I want to reach 160 lbs. I am 208 at the moment.
-
Oh! Ok. I'll look into that. As for your second question, I has trouble this week because it is fourth of july, lol. I'll add more healthy meals as the week progresses.

My diary is public. You can check if you want. :) Thanks!

I was expecting not to gain, at least. I understand IF is supposed to lower your insulin levels increasing fat burning.
-
I believe so, my BMR is around 1,800-2000, according to the different calculators I've used. I've never skipped breakfast before (it is what IF recomends) and I am worried it is slowering my metabolism.

I don´t. Not for a few weeks. Full disclosure. I have kept up with the workouts, but the nutrition part has been weak. That happened because of many factors, among them that I got tired of being so restrictive with my calorie intake. This is why I am asking about strength training, because I heard it is better at burning…

I keep hearing that there is a difference between the two. I mostly just do cardio, high intensity cardio at that. After losing a lot of weight and fat, I am stuck and the calorie deficit I have to do now to lose weight is very restrictive. I was hoping that by trying a combination of weight training and cardio, I might…

The answers have been interesting. Thanks everyone. I'll see if I can find something and I'll post it. If anybody has any input, it is welcomed. I workout in the mornings doing Insanity. I've already lost 61 lbs with Beachbody, but I want to lose another 20 lbs. But I am feeling a bit stuck, so I am considering pushing…

QUOTE: I'm considering joining, but I'll only join if someone, perhaps the creator of the group, will be willing to sell me beachbody exercise dvds at a profit. I'm also hoping that someone in the group will try to push Shakeology on me at incredibly high prices. Do you think we can make that happen? I mean, losing 10…

Full disclosure. I am not doing this group for Beachbody or to sell products. This is strictly personal. I am a Beachbody coach, but I am not using this group to advance my business. I hope this clarifies your doubt.

I got my T-25 shirt! This is me at the current weight of 209 lbs!

Wow! Congrats! I find your story interesting because it is similar to mine. I too weighted 192 lbs up to my last summer before college. At the end of my four year run in college I weighted 283 lbs. We are also of a similar height, 5'77'. Right now I am at 209 lbs and I am shooting for 175 lbs. Congrats again!

Thank you all!
-
Thank you all! It hasn't been easy, but I'll keep pushing forward!

Are you sure your scale is working well? You look like you lost 30 lbs! Congratulations!!
