I was a fat kid since I was 9, at least. It didn't work out much and had a bad diet. I lost a good amount of weight in my last year of high school. The summer before college I went as low as 192 lbs. But in my 4 years of college I gained 91 lbs. I drank a lot and ate a lot of junk food. Plus, I didn't work out as much.…

Wow! You look wonderful! Not only did you lose weight, but your skin has improved! Keep it up!

I lose around 1-2 lbs. a week. The most I have lost in a week is 7.4 lbs. But that is when I started the Focus T-25. During the first week you are supposed to eat accordingly with a Fast Track nutrition plan that is suppose to jump start your weight loss.

Congratulations! You look amazing. Great transformation! I read your story and I really felt what you were going through. When I was obese I went through many of the things you said. The humiliation, having to buy clothes in certain places...ect. So, I know where you are coming from. Well done!

Great story! I totally know how you feel with the shopping. Although the highest I ever weighted was 283 lbs, it was still very difficult to shop. I used XXXL clothes and 52 in. pants. It is very difficult to get decent quality clothing at that weight. It was depressing and it made me angry. Being out of those stores is…

A real inspiration! Congrats!

Well, my parents always notice it since the beginning, lol. But I had my first random comment on my weight at 20 lbs. I get it every now and then. But I expected more comments from people that haven´t seen me in while. The biggest problem is that I haven´t bought new clothes. I don´t want to waste money buying clothes that…

Congrats! So say we all!

So far I've lost over 10 lbs, 8% body fat and 3 inches of my waist and more inches in arms, chest and thigh. Most of it, was lost in the first week where I did the Fast Track diet and lost 7.4 lbs. afterwards I've just stuck to not eating over 1.600 calories.

It's is 10 weeks. 5 days a week, with a stretch DVD on sundays. I just finished my first week and lost 7.4 lbs.

Well done! One of the greatest success stories in MFP. That is saying a lot.

I think we have situation here of ignorance from the girl that posted this and of people who have a long history of struggling with their weight and may perhaps find this offensive. As someone that really let my self go and have being struggling with my weight all my life, I did not find this offensive at all. Here my best…

Great job! I read your blog and saw the pictures. You are amazing. I know how hard it is to be the fat kid in school. Granted, I'm not gay, so my situation was not as tough as yours was, but it was still hard. I want to have a lean body like yours. It would be great to have a six pack and not have any love handles.

Very inspiring story! Great work!

Great job! You are looking great! I first saw your before picture and I found you beautiful. I will just say it straight out. Your boyfriend is a *kitten*. He does not deserve you. This distance you feel between the two of you is not going to change. This guy is not going to change. Advice: Dump him. From what you…

Well done! I saw you pictures. Your change has been amazing! Keep it up! You are a real inspiration.

Wow! Well done!

Yeah, I figured as much, lol. Just thought I throw it out there and see I someone had done the program.
-
Wow! Great job! You are truly an inspiration!

Great job! I am more or less in the situation you were ten months ago. I'm in my 230s. Hopefully, 10 months from now I will look as good as you.

SW: 251 lb CW: 240.6 lb I'm so happy right now. MFP has really changed my life. The same with P90X This doesn't feel like a huge sacrifice (at least as food goes).
-
Wow! Well...that answers my question, lol. Amazing!
-
243.8! I guess it was just sodium yesterday.
-
I do an hour of the elliptical trainer. I put it un resistance 7 or 8. The machine says I burn over 800 calories.
-
I guess it was the sodium. :) 243.8 lb. Thank you all for your advice!

There are many options for Osso Buco. I took one that seemed average. It happens with a lot of my foods. Sometime MFP may say that a particular food is 200 calories or 800. Its hard to guess. I'll weight myself tommorrow. Maybe it is what you say.
-
Wow! I thought I would get an avalanche of people saying it matters. This is good to know.
-
Yeah, I didn't mean cut out completely. I'm usually doing an hour in the elliptical trainer. I read the thread, it talks about exercising. But I didn't read anything about not eating back exercise calories.
-
I wont lie. I'm pretty frustrated. I actually upped my calorie intake last week because I was low the week before. I've been thinking that maybe I'm relying too much on the exercise to eat more. Maybe I ought to cut on the exercising and force myself to eat less.
-
Thank you. And thank you everyone for your suggestions. I start hitting the sodium hard this week. After a few days of eating good sodium, I'll weight myself again.
