I am looking for some great support. I have been on MFP for over a year now. I have a son that is now 3 months old. He is my first and I am having trouble getting back on track. I would love to find some friends who could help with my journey back to my pre pregnancy weight and beyond :)

If you have a BUc-ees gas station near you they make a mild beef jerky that has no sugar, no carbs, and is lower on sodium (190 mg per ounce).

You are replacing fat with muscle. The beginning of weight loss has a lot to do with water weight (especially for women). As long as you are loosing inches and feeling better, I would not worry about the scale. The number will go down in due time.

I would not trust it. The price on the side and the price in the comments are not in the same currency. It seems that the first line in the first paragraph and one of the comments has a tag to plug in the city that it determines you are from.

You can do it! I would suggest not weighing every day. Your weight can change by a couple of pounds per day. My suggestion is to weigh on a weekly basis and at the same time (or as close to the same time as possible). :happy:
