    I am so proud of you all! keep up the great work!

    this last sunday i forgot to post, got in a little tiff with my mum.

    but i didnt gain or lose at all. I've been fighting this darn cold
    and I STILL am not well yet. I still am coughing like crazy.

    but other then that. I'm working a little harder this week.
    still not able to exersize like I would like to but its better
    to get better so i can feel better, and get a... you guessed it
    BETTER workout!!!

    well have an AWESOME WEEK EVERYONE!

    Hi Folks

    Today i weighted in and was very happy with what i saw.
    Last Week: 179.5
    Today: 178.5
    I am down a pound and i am estatic. My diet and workouts have not been good this week and i honestly felt i was going to gain a pound. This motivates me to get back on my plan so i can keep seeing these numbers and bigger. I'm still hanging in there.

    I have been following all of your posts and it seems like you all are doing great. Well I am now back on the weight loss wagon and have set new goals.

    Mini Goal 1: 180lb by May 4
    Mini Goal 2: 160lb by August 4
    Mini Goal 3:140lb by Oct 18
    Final Goal: 125lb by December 25

    Whoops, I've been slacking. Down 2.8 pounds since I last posted...total of 13.2 pounds since the end of January.

    Down another 3 pounds this week. I have no idea how I managed to lose 3 pounds, but I'm more than okay with that :)

    I have 2 friends doing this diet where they take a liquid... HGC I think .... They can eat a protein, 2 veggies, 1 fruit for lunch and the same for dinner. It's about 550 calories a day. The HGC is supposed to be a harmone that women produce when pregnant. Has anyone ever heard of this. I asked if it was safe and one of friends said that it was. She couldn't lose 1 lb a week. Who can do that and stay motivated. Well girls and guys.... we can! We are doing it everyday. I was very proud of myself and all the people on MFP. Good job to us!

    Bikini season is coming fast! How's everyone doing?

    I'm down 20.8 pounds! 7.8 pounds until I reach my goal. Hoping to reach it by June 20th :)
