I started low carb after getting diagnosed with gestational diabetes and managed it with diet only (no meds). Since then, I've been doing it on and off and recently got serious about it about 2 months ago and lost 15 lbs already. Feel free to add me, I love low carb friends :smiley:

Congrats on making good choices and your daughter is adorable! My daughter just started walking and I'm trying to keep up with her too. My advice is keep doing what you're doing, it seems to be working :)

Hey, I'm doing P90X too! I decided to do the Ab Ripper X at the end of the day and the 50 & 50 at the beginning. What week are you on in P90X? I'm finishing up week 2 and I'm already seeing results!

So true! I'm from America, but I had this soy yogurt that came from the UK and it only listed calories per 100g and I never understood why. People don't eat 100 grams of everything!

Don't fret! Like everyone said before, the scales in public places are not always calibrated and weight fluctuates throughout the day. The important part is you've been losing weight!! Congrats!! Stay faithful to one scale and it'll make life easier :) LOL

I was vegan for 5 years and I wasn't skinny fat at all! I was definitely buff :) I think it's more about working out and eating right and being vegan makes that easier (you probably aren't going to eat as many sweets because the vegan versions are more expensive!) Thanks! The women's Polar FT4 is $60 on amazon, cheaper than the ones I saw at Target and definitely within my price range. It's pretty too! :)
