Hi, I do zumba at home on DVDs, I love it because it is a fun workout. Time passes by especially if you enjoy the music. You can do it even if you are "bigger"... no problem!

I just tried scooby's workshop and I put 1-3hr/week for my activity because each workout I do is about 45mn. So I got 1705 calories to lose 20kg/year, which is my goal. I'll look more into that
