Hi,
I am back here since about two months.
I am 168cm tall and currently weigh 80 Kg (originally 82Kg)
I try to work out five times a week but I guess I manage to do it 3 or 4 times.
I set my calorie intake goal to 1650 cals
I have a fitbit flex and it adjusts my calories.
But I do not eat my exercise calories back because when I looked for the convenient calorie goal for me I chose Lightly active (3-4 workouts) and decreased it a little to keep room for underestimates.
As you can see, I have been tracking continuously for two months and making some efforts to change how I am.
I want to lose weight slowly this time because I yoyoed since more than 10 years and I usually lose weight quickly by doing drastic changes and then put it back on because I eventually get tired of restrictions and let go.
This time I am eating everything I want but try to choose healthier, plan ahead and stay within my goal because I do not want to cut off some food and feel deprived to get bored and stop all my efforts.
I know that if lower my carbs I will lose faster but I am also aware that if I do, I will eventually lose control and binge
I do not know if the numbers I chose are good for me and if my weight loss is considered good according to my efforts.
Can someone take a look at my diary and stats and give me your opinions???
Thanks

so I am doing right for now?
yes...you are doing it right.
1650 sets you really nice for your long term goal. im assuming in the 140ish ?
For your Macros
Carbs 160 to 172.8 - dont go to low but try not to go over 190ish
Protein 112 - try to meet your goal here
Fats 56 - try not to go over on this
Fiber 28 - 35
you can eat 1500-1600 5x/week
you can eat as much as 2000 on weekends when eating out with family and friends or celebrations
you can do it , no more yoyoing !0 -
Thank you so much
i am glad0
