I'm 5'6" weighing in at 142, body fat is at 29%. Looking to drop body fat down to low twenties put on more muscle and lose more fat so figuring the weight will be about 145. Would love more friend to help me on my journey. Please friend request me!

I've been doing low carb for 3 weeks. I get 30g max of carbs a day and get the majority from veggies. No processed foods , breads, pastas, crackers, potatoes.... I have tried all of it. Nothing helped weightloss-wise. The only thing I can say about the honey & cinnamon tea is that it really helps with arthritis issues. My mom tried it when I did. She kept on after two months because it really helped her rhumatoid arthritis.
