SIze 5 Baby :-)
Still in progress!
Amazing!!! You are sooo inspiring!!! You have done what I'm trying to do!!!! Currently I'm about 148...size 8/10 (depending on the style) want to continue to get fit and firm!!! I'm working out approx. 5 days/week. Did you do at home videos? I see that your ticker shows turbo fire. What kind of fitness routine did you follow? Thank you!!!
Thank you :-)
I started out really getting my food on point - I went for a 500-750 calorie deficit at first - but weighed everything and learned alot about how much food I needed. 1,200 didn't cut it but I couldn't eat 2,000 either. After that I started working out in April. Started with Turbo Fire (I love the HIIT workouts for quick effective cardio) and then got into the Jillian Michael's 30 day Shred and then Ripped in 30. I started C25K for running and am now training for a 10K (I was never EVER a runner) All of my exercise is done at home because I have two children and my time is limited :-)0 -

Everyone is showing amazing transformations and it is very inspirational to see! My question for those who have lost a tremendous amount of weight, what did you do about the extra loose skin?0

Thank you guysEveryone is showing amazing transformations and it is very inspirational to see! My question for those who have lost a tremendous amount of weight, what did you do about the extra loose skin?
Loose skin, well I still have a little, loose skin is one of those things that it depends on a lot of things, how fast you lose weight, age, genes, and what workout's you're doing. I always add strength training in my workouts, cardio burns fat, strength will tighten and lift.0 -
