  • Be for-warned. Too much soy messed badly with my hormones. I didn't have a good experience at all. But good luck!
  • you make me wish I took pictures. Fab!!!!
  • CONGRATS. You look great. So obviously you are tracking through MFP, but was there anything else you have done? You look fantastic!
  • 1.Jessica from NY (wife of Andrew) 2. Les Mills Combat 3.to lose 40 lbs and feel better in a bathing suit next year 4.none 5.better than what it used to be. Strict with sticting to MFP tells me. I also try to eat more foods and less pre-packaged items, lots of lean meats, veggies, fruit, cheese, egg whites etc. I do…
  • came up on the message boards, didnt look at the date, doesnt matter when it's from though - unless he had a softening of his heart since then I just thought it was a bit much. And that's when I read it!
  • I think that is a pretty harsh comment for someone who IS doing that. Let's try to be supportive and less condemning. It's not like she was asking about diet pills or something extreme either. I for one have a hard time losing weight even when working out AND eating within my calorie and other goals on MFP. I have a lot of…
  • suffering the same issue here. I don't look bigger, but I don't look smaller either and weight is not shifting much. I think the pp that said your body goes thru shock might be onto something.... my body is probably like WTH are you doing?
  • Good job!!!! I also have PCOS. I know how hard it is with those crazy hormones. Congrats!
  • Honestly, I have them for special event days and so forth. Holidays and parties etc. And I still lost 56 lbs, and made it to my goal- (altho now I want to lose a little more haha) so I guess it wasn't detrimental to my weight loss. The key is, to make sure they aren't frequent. For instance, one month I had parties and…
  • I'm interested in seeing the answers on this. I've lost weight on both WW and using this.. I just would love to know the comparison of it and what people think. Altho- I have to say I was on WW before they changed their point system recently.
  • Family of four- but 2 are toddlers.... we spend about $500-$600 a month. It definitely has gone up since dieting. Crappy food is just cheaper. LOL
  • I have like 3 days a month. If I have no special events planned, then I don't splurge. If I have an event or special occasion planned, then I will splurge. And usually by splurging means, I will have the food I don't normally do- but not a TON of it. And I will have that piece of birthday cake, but I won't add a cookie to…
  • Planet Fitness, price you def can't beat. I got in on a special - $99 for the year.
  • Adding my old size (pre-dieting) because I think it makes a difference in my answers Old Size: 20 Current: 10 Goal size: 8 Fantasy size: 4 always sounded nice, but I'm way too curvy for that! I need to be realistic. 8 sounds lovely, heck I'm thrilled to be a 10, just would like to get out of double digits!
  • it's healthier to come off like that though. It took me a long time too... but I lost 48 lbs. Then I took a break for a while, and was able to maintain it and didn't totally diet. Now I'm back and using this and it's coming off but slow again. 12.5 lbs to goal!
