Today was the day to weigh. I have lost 1.5 lbs. The way I have changed my eating habits and all the exercise I'm getting I was hoping at least for 2. Which I know its better to lose 1 to 2 lbs a wk.. Funny, we put the weight on gradually but want it to come off fast. I think I'm going to quit using so much of my exercise calories.....

yes, you just have to have peace in knowing that you have made healthy lifestyle changes, continue to do that-and it will show.0

But still... you're seeing movement in the right direction.
I consider the exercise calories as a bonus, but only if I really need it - I try to stick to the original calorie target0 -
it's healthier to come off like that though. It took me a long time too... but I lost 48 lbs. Then I took a break for a while, and was able to maintain it and didn't totally diet. Now I'm back and using this and it's coming off but slow again. 12.5 lbs to goal!0
