I HATE the Bob Harper inside out method, but really I love them. I hurt for days after I do either the strength or cardio videos. The 10 minute solution series is fun to throw some variety into the routine, too.0

As a Zumba instructor I go there more than I look at the Zin DVD's they send. AND, it's free0 -
Turbo Fire. Zumba would be second. Both fun and good workouts. But Turbo Fire's mix of dancy cardio, plyometric HIIT, strength and yoga is hands down my favorite.0
