I am on the treadnill for a hour or two six days a week . What helped me was my friend said you have to make the treadmill you B..... ! So the next day, I went to the gym with a "what's my name attitude" and downloaded lot of dance music on the ipod. Now I am known as the gilr that dances on the treadmill but that is ok…

So I start doing the 30 day shred and my dvd player died on me! I was so mad that I just went to the gym.

I use the local rec center in my community because it is around the corner from where I live.

Ok I will look into the polar monitor. When I am at the gym I burn at least 1058 to 1112 calories but that is in two hours just doing my cardio. Also for mlb929 my calorie burn is just the exercise.

You should have 8 oz. of water in one cup. What I have been doing is I have two containers that can hold 32 ounces of liquid and I drink 2 -3 of those filled with water. :flowerforyou:
