  • I used to get them in my rear :laugh: it was always funny!!! I eat a banana almost everyday if not every other day. Drinking more water stopped the excessive butt twitches!!!   • Look around at several gyms. There are a couple that may even let you go for free for a couple days. The gym I'm a member at right now charges non-members $15 a day, I think it is silly!
