lol....I'm very excited I just measured myself and guess what I've lost 14 inches in the past month! woo hoo!:laugh:

4 inches off my chest...yes that's a good thing ...say bye bye back fat! LOL

4 inches of my waist

2 inches on my thighs (1 inches off each thigh)

2 inches off my hips

2 inches off my arms (1 inch off each arm)

I'm not sure how good that is...but I sure am happy to see the inches go!

well just wanted to say...this place rocks....and big hugs to you all for all your support and motivation and advice! woo hoo! lol
