I find that I do have extra calories because of my shakes but as long as I get my protein and other important nutrients I am not too concerned. There are some great recipes out there for the shakes that might help up your caloric content. Maybe try asking your Vi rep for some tips or new recipes. Good Luck!

It was yesterday but I had Jimmy Johns for lunch......never thought they could shove 900+ calories in between 2 slices of bread. Lesson learned.....was totally not worth that many calories:(

I was appalled by the language. I am no Saint but there are certains words even I won't use. It is hard to understand...this weight loss thing. But if you lost a pound....embrace it. That running around must have burned some uncounted for calories. We are all too hard on ourselves. Just shows you that going over on your calories is not the end of the world!!

Great response. Not sure how to go about Challenge but I think I can start a post EACH FRIDAY with my weigh in and everyone can follow. I want to lose 12lbs by JULY 4TH.
