Ahaha well said. You can technically be a PT regardless of your weight. But hey if you couldn't take care of yourself, why would I trust you? If I had the money to afford a personal trainer, I'd go with someone I could look up to.

You can go ice skating here in Buffalo for 5 bucks. I look at some pictures of fit girls and that gets me going. I like to follow a program (like Kayla Itsine's) so I would feel bad if I don't catch up. Or you can workout at home, with something like T25 or Insanity.

Domino's cut their pizzas in 8 pieces regardless :) And I know how big the small crust is, still half a pizza sounds like a lot for dinner for one person

Just to clarify I wasn't only referring to Domino's. The article said they had taken food from multiple places(I know Chipotle was one of them, don't remember the rest) and then calculated the calorie count in a lab and they were all at least 50% off...

THANK YOU. Just because you lose weight too fast it doesnt mean it will come back again. I think some people gain the weight back because they lost it too quickly to get used to their healthier eating habits and eventually go back to the old ones. Also if you lower your calorie drastically, instead of upping it all at once…

I've red multiple articles about how inaccurate and completely off their numbers are so I just stopped trusting them. Maybe do couple of slices instead of half? 1/2 pizza is a lot of food...

I would try to focus more on lifting and less on cardio, maybe only 2-3 times a week do cardio.

I personally prefer having a PT that's not obese for obvious reasons. So I can look up to them and have a stronger motivation. Plus if they couldn't take care of their own body, how do I trust that they know how to help me?

Sounds like you're over thinking it. I usually wear either a pair of capri pants or running shorts with a shirt/t-shirt whatever that covers my upper half haha
