um, no!!! not b/c you don't look great...you and I are built alike and require a sturdier top. try wearing it around the house and your "girls" will pop out constantly. try a halter...but yes, wear a 2 piece!!

If that were true I would wrap myself like a mummy. It is a temporary fix, something that is useful to get into a dress once.

Just a matter of personal choice. I keep it private because it is my diary. If I make something really yummy and low cal I share it with my friends. I also share how to change up some recipes. Other than that I guess my reasons for it is just because I am more of a private person.

I LOVE WINE...I plan ahead and log it at the beginning of the day. Then I know what I have to work with and if I need to add another workout!

I get a massage every 10 pounds. My body needs it! And I usually lose another pound after the massage, kinda shakes things up

South Beach. I lost 30 pounds really quickly. I stopped following the diet, gained the 30 plus 10 more.

Losing weight is hard work, it just is. That said, I really enjoy using my wii. Good luck!

I do that too! I kick it up a notch, I prefer to eat the food on my plate clockwise.

I adore wine and I have the same problem with liking more than one glass. I just make sure I log it and I still have been losing weight!

I wouldn't agree with wheat thins. Look at the calories and then look at the actual serving size. My advice would be veggies like celery or cucumber

I have fluctuated 5 lbs in a day, crazy huh. Like others have said, weigh in at the same time, same type of clothes for an accurate reading.

Don't get too frustrated, your story sounds just like my own. My body had to adjust to what I was doing and then after a couple weeks the scale started responding. Keep up the good work and you will see results!

I got it for Christmas. I love it! I have been trying to work up to her half hour workout, it is tough. I have already lost a couple more pounds adding this workout. Have fun.
