Thank you Shanabar. The cramp has really ruined my challenge, as it came back pretty much immediately the next time I ran. I am now down a few days, as my calf is still stiff. I am thinking that perhaps it was a muscle pull rather than a cramp....

1.2 miles this morning, 12.45/28 overall. I am arealy thinking about what my next challenge could be. Maybe increasing my speed before I up the miles. I got a cramp this morning, haven't had one before whilst running. 3 hours later and my calf is still really sore! Stocking up on magnesium, I don't want one of those again!

1.25miles done! That's 7.35/28 and 5 days of running. π

Back to work for me today and I managed the 1.25 mile jog to the office. That is 6.1/28 so far!

Inadvertently ran 2 miles today! So that is 4.85/28. I am finding the minimum daily mile really liberating as there is very little pressure, but I am running more than I would have done otherwise π

Another 1.6 miles today, so that is 2.85/28 miles π

Sooooo, I am a bit late this. I am an 'on and off runner'. Having completed a couple of half marathons, I haven't really done any running since June 2017. So last night I decided to run everyday in (what is left of) January 2019. The only rule is a minimum of 1 mile per day. So I guess my monthly target is 28 miles, aβ¦

Great post, has inspired me to look at my weight loss differently!

Awesome. I have been interested in this for a while so it is great to hear about such a good success. When I was on WW and it was working I was basically eating what I wanted for 6 days and then fasting on 'weigh in' days to make sure I lost on the scales!! At the moment I am counting calories but you have just inspired meβ¦

Hooping is really easy if you have a weighted hoop. You will pick it up in no time! I bought mine from these guys (in the UK): http://www.firetoys.co.uk/juggling/hula-hoops/classic-hoops.html They know their stuff!

Nutella & Peanut Butter on rice cakes rocks my world.

Running keeps me sane. I didn't think I could, then I started running on a treadmill, a minute at a time, slowly built it up to 30 minutes straight....then I started running outdoors. It's a revelation. I now have a couple of 10ks and a half marathon under my belt. I intend to run the Cardiff Half Marathon in October, andβ¦

Thanks for responding guys. It is nice to connect with people rather than just read the forum as an outsider. So I've just done 30 minutes of Cassey Ho pilates and now for breakfast....I've blown my goals the last couple of days but I'm getting back on it today! I hope you all have a good day too x

You could use ground cacao nibs too...high in antioxidants.

Hi, I have been on MFP for about 2 weeks now - lurking in the forum. Your post is the first that has inspired me to say wow you look amazing. Well done. I am currently running at 184lbs and would ideally like to drop to 154. You just showed me that it is possible. I also have two kiddies, 3 years and 8 months...be proud ofβ¦
