I would be careful with that...in case it's going a little overboard...I found a training schedule online for people that do Insanity and half/full marathon training...pretty much the way that schedule is laid out is to do a disc one day and a training run the next...so it's like 3 days of discs and 3 days of running per…

Yup...I'm having a hard time with it as well...I dropped some weight and slowly it started coming back (probably because I fell off the wagon)...now I'm starting to get back on it.

Hi I'm 5'2", my SW was 190....I had gotten to 160 but then gained some weight back....my CW is 171....my mini goal is to get to 150...but my ultimate GW is 130
