I'm definitely interested. I started at the end of March, but then went on a cruise, so that didn't work very well. I'll probably only do it three days a week though, since I'm also trying to get in three or four runs each week. Too much? Probably...

I agree with the slowing down! You'll be surprised at what you can do, if you stick with it. I did C25k to prepare for a Turkey Trot and I can now run 7 miles without stopping! And this is weird, and may not apply to anyone else, but whenever I stretched before my run, my legs seized up; now I just stretch afterwards.

I have no time in the morning (probably because I hit snooze until the last possible moment) so if I have the foresight, I make muffins or quiches on Sunday for the week. They're cheap and healthy. I can't afford to spend $5 a day, but it's your money and if it's in the budget, all the power to you!

I am 5'2" and would love to be between 125 and 135. i started out at 230 and I've lost about 30 pounds so far, before using MFP. The last time I felt happy at my weight, I was 150, but that is still considered overweight!
