    Lunch:
    French's horseradish mustard
    Arnold Jewish Rye bread with seeds
    chopped onion

    Dinner:
    Eggnog
    Red wine
    Light Italian dressing

    Snacks:
    Sam Adams light
    Sleepytime Extra Wellness Tea
    Eggnog

    Hmmm... I don't think I ever had eggnog with dinner. But, I guess it makes sense since I started on here a little before the holidays and drank a lot of nog the past couple weeks. :)

    Mine makes out i'm alot healthier than I am, i Just always try & have some fruit or veg with my meal

    Breakfast:
    weetabix mini's <- i pretty much have these every day!
    Semi Skimmed milk
    marks & spencers reduced fat houmous <-- used to have this every day!

    Lunch
    Golden delicious apple
    Hellmans- light mayo (tuna mayonaisse, chicken mayonaisse, prawn mayonaisse.. all with salad but i can't resist!)
    Braeburn apple

    Dinner
    Lettuce
    Cherry Tomatoes
    Medium Baked Potato

    drinks:
    yorkshire tea with semi skimmed milk
    Semi skimmed milk (with tea like above)
    Tropicana orange juice

    Snacks:
    butter mints
    dairy milk advent calendar (LOL!)
    extra lean ham

    Looks very boring! (i eat alot more interesting foods promise!)

    Loved the question; What is the top recently used foods in each section. Mine are;
    Breakfast; Hearty Rye Bread- seeded
    Coffee 2 cups
    Sugar 2 tsp
    fruit juice or oranges
    1egg and 1 egg white
    Lunch; Bread varies
    protein -varies
    Dinner; protein varies
    veggies varies
    starches- none or rice or stuffing or potato
    Snacks; usually my So Delicious coconut frozen dessert (aka ice cream) 1/2 cup with 1 tbs of Baileys 1-2tsp dark chocolate
    syrup and now that clementines are in season I have a couple of them as well for snacks.

    My breakfast usually stays the same, unless I have Steel oats and apples made in the crock pot.
    My downfall is chocolate cake or any kind of cake or pastry and cookies of any kind. My stay away from foods.
