Top three foods in each category

When you go to add stuff in each of your food categories, what are the three most used in each? I suspect mine might reveal something about my diet!

Breakfast:
Tea with semi-skimmed milk
Butter - salted (the bread varies, the butter remains the same)
Semi-skimmed milk (likewise, the cereal varies, the milk remains the same)

Lunch:
Butter - as above, but the top food? Really?
Itsu chicken potsu soup - mmm, my favourite healthy fast food
Mature cheddar - must feature widely in my weekend lunches

Dinner:
Mature cheddar - again!
Butter - again!
Onions - In pretty much everything I cook from scratch after all.

Snacks:
Diet Coke
Carrots with hummus dip - hey, first vaguely healthy thing here!
Daim bar

Booze (yes I have a booze category!):
Red wine - actually this accounts for 80% of my drinking
Coors Light - it's diet beer!
Bulmers cider - I hardly touch the stuff really

Wow, I think I've spotted some room for improvement here!

I'm not sure how acurate it is - one of the top 3 in my dinner category is something that went out of production six months ago, so I'm pretty sure it is not the second-most-used ingredient in my meals!

I think it sounds very right indeed, particularly the crackers, they're lush! Even more so when taken with a nice glass of white, lol! :drinker:

Great mix of stuff everyone has! Mine horrified me at first, but looking back at my diary I realised it actually reflects the fact I have MORE variety in my meals rather than less, and it's just the frequently used ingredients that float to the top

I've been curious about what algorithm MFP uses to come up with the most used food items. In my case it's definitely not pulling the most frequently used foods, since some are things I've only eaten once or twice.
