  • Amazing, great job! Thanks for posting these, I love seeing progress pics! I love how you added the ones where you weigh nearly the same but look totally different, it's important we remind ourselves of this!!! Goal weights are just a ball park. :)
  • This happens to me too! I need more protein with my meals. If you like the oatmeal, just add some things to it to make it higher cal and more protein. Mix in some flax seeds, I know people who mix in quinoa for protein. Mix in peanut butter. Or have oatmeal and a scrambled egg! Or ditch the oatmeal and stick with your…
  • It can be. It's easy, cheap, and once I start eating it it is hard to stop. I dunno if it's the salt or what. I try to plan for it now, and pre-log what I want and work my day around that meal. I probably eat out once a week now. But I also don't leave the house. ;) So it's easier not to stop for fries. lol
  • I keep a big batch of this in a mason jar, it is great!
  • Wow, this sounds amazing! Thanks so much for the recipe! My daughter is allergic to eggs so I am always looking for alternative recipes to dips/mayo!
  • ^ I dated my first bf for almost 2 years before I finally had sex. I was convinced I would only sleep with one person and one alone. Then, things drastically changed. Short story is I ended up ending the relationship after a year of sexual, mental and emotional abuse. I stayed with him for so long because I had grown up…
  • I stopped reading about 5 pages in. The issue here, I think, is that you are having a hard time letting his past go. I strongly suggest you talk to your pastor/preacher/deacon/ youth leader/ whatever adult you choose who is unbiased (not a parent). You feel as though you worked so hard to remain a virgin so that you could…
  • I have never tried veganaise, is it good? I usually just mash up an avocado with some lime juice and cilantro and spread it on. (My daughter can't have eggs, so I do it when I know I'll be sharing and have to give up the mayo!) Do you have a recipe for your hummus? :D
  • Definitely take progress pics! It's amazing what a huge difference 10 pounds can make. :) You can do it!
  • Starting weight, left: 202lbs Middle photo: 190 lbs Photo on the right: 180lbs Still in progress. :) I'm 5'7".
  • ^This. Like how girls tell other girls they are getting too skinny. lol
  • Small steps are great! It's how you move forward!
  • My husband is 6'6" and 430lbs. He lost 30 lbs recently. I would not count calories for my husband, but I do all the shopping and cooking and pack his lunches. Which is why he's starting to lose weight, he isn't eating out all the time now. I guess just talk to him about it, if he wants to lose weight you can discuss it and…
  • Every girl is attracted to different looks. So you should decide what look YOU want for yourself. :) Do what makes you feel good, confidence is sexy on any body. And I do not think you look too big if your profile pic is you currently, not too big at all. As for the second question: Perhaps...lol
  • Probably true. If you feel good about yourself and think you're hot you're more likely to get frisky since you won't mind the lights being on.
  • Wow you look incredible! Way to go on all your accomplishments! Keep posting, love to see success stories! :flowerforyou:
  • ^Truth. If anyone really wanted the info they could get it without this site. It's best to just not think about things like that or you may get paranoid.

  • I thought the wedding couple was supposed to cover rehearsal costs. I agree with everyone else, if she wants you to take photos then ask her to pay your food bill. Your covering your room, just say you can't afford to go to eat at those places but if she wants pics she can cover for you. I had my moms friend do our wedding…
  • OMG what an adorable dress! I absolutely love it, you have excellent taste. I loved your story! It was so descriptive. What an awesome day, and a fantastic NSV for you! Way to go, that's one of the best feelings, when you try something on you don't think will fit and it does and is even TOO BIG! Go you!
  • My selfish reason... to be able to wear a bikini and to feel like the stares I get are because I'm hot. :D And to be thinner than my mother in law...lol
  • ^This. I find all the guys posting on this thread to be very attractive...
  • Adding avocado to a shake will add a few hundred cals, and it makes it creamy if you can't have yogurt. :) I use avocado for chicken salad now instead of mayo and add lime and cilantro. I just really like avocado...lmao Peanut butter like everyone said is a great way to add cals too.
  • I just re-looked at the photos and your legs are awesome too! It took me months to get that much of a difference! (I wasnt very dedicated, lol) You are awesome!!!
  • Great work! Amazing results for just 29 days! I see a huge difference in your middle and back, your arms look more toned too! Keep it up, and keep posting photos I love the inspiration! :flowerforyou:
  • That's awesome! What a great day for you! :) It feels so good when someone we admire or look up to gives us a compliment that's so deserved! :drinker:
