    Depends on the mood... I keep Frank's Red Hot Buffalo Wing Sauce, Tapatio and Sriracha in my fridge at all times!

    Frank's Red Hot is a staple here..we even have the Wishbone Light Buffalo Ranch dressing, which has Frank's in it :)

    Ah, my favorite condiment.

    Dave's Insanity and The Hottest Fu**in' Sauce are my favorite liquids. My favorite powdered version is Death Rain. Powdered is best for foods where a liquid doesn't mix in well; I sprinkle it on pizza, for example.

    Chicken wings in Buffalo are made with this^^, not those Buffalo wing sauce mashups. :)

    Depending on the cuisine it is either Crystal, Sriracha, or Chipotle Tobasco. I keep all three on hand. Can't put Sriracha on a burrito bowl....that's just weird....
