Finally a man after my own heart!!! I own one of the largest privately owned collections in the Midwest and probably one of the largest in America, honest... lol... You can see bottles in my profile pic, that's just one wall.... My fav w/o a doubt is grocery store style Trappeys Red Devil. By no means the hottest but I like old school Cayenne. Regular Tobasco close second.... Thanx for starting this thread!!!

interesting...is it really hot? i know it uses hottest pepper but that doesnt necesarrily mean anything...ive had ghost pepper sauces that werent that hot.

I just came back from San Juan Island in Wash State......awesome hot sauce shop...picked up a few things I cant get here in Canada. They ship everywhere....shipping here to Canada is kinda pricy though....

It's hot but it has a lot of great flavor to it with plenty of fruit undertones in it. It's hot but it's not like Blair hot sauce, it is good for a few drops on anything.

Franks red hot is my every day hot sauce that I love on just about everything...I even use it as a salad dressing. BUT, I have fallen in love with Encona original hot pepper sauce. Its made with scotch bonnet and habaneros. I think its only sold here in the UK as I never saw it in the US while we were there.

how is that in comparison to dave's gourmet ghost chili sauce? I heard his ghost chili was wicked spicy, was wondering if that is any spicier bc I'll have to express mail it lol
