    Just had this tonight for dinner with some chicken, spinach, peppers and chili olive oil

    Any hot sauce, low in sodium, no sugar/honey/HFCS, the more natural, the better. Blair's and Dave are staples. The hotter the better since I can get the heat without the sodium.
