Even as a little kid i didn't like cows milk ( prob because it made me feel awful) but i do like almond milk! I use unsweetened ( i like adding my own sugar if i want) almond milk mostly for baking or if i feel like eating some cereal.

I do! And I went vegan because of it. Best decision I made-- my stomach feel soooooo much better, my skin looks healthier, I don't feel as tired, and I lost a few pounds. But my favorite part? My stomach feels better!! That's whats worked for me.

Whenever make something from scratch I use the MFP recipe calculator. Put all your ingredients in for the entire recipe, put in how many servings a you want it to have, and you get the stats per serving.
