I agree with a few responses on here, but then thought of another idea. Empty 3/4 of it out.........just throw it out and when she notices, tell her you coudn't resist and ate it..............!!!

I despise FB. I also get very insulted if someone invites me to something on fb....If you really want me there then give me a call. I have an account, but only use it to contact relatives, if I can't get a hold of them any other way....especially out of the country. I really could care less about what someone is doing…

If you know you are going to binge, why not have healthy food prepackaged and ready to eat and eat only what you have prepared in advance.

.5 would be 1/2 lb....MFP is telling me .1lb each wk.....in one month that would still be less then .5lbs.

My clothes are deffinitely loose, infact some of them I can not wear any longer....So I know that is good.

Thanks for your response. I am going to read that link. Just an FYI, I have gone 2 weeks without the scale moving, but I am at day 50 on MFP. So, I have lost 6 pounds here but an additonal 8 lbs since 3/1/13.

Yes, I do and I use it faithfully. I even package snack baggies for work and weigh everything.

First of all, Dee that is really not so bad. And if you wanted to you still have time to knock yourself out at the gymn. I'm sure the end result will still be good for you. You have been doing exceptional. Thanks to you, I found this site and LOVE it!!:heart:

I bought the Ninja Kitchen Professional model, 1500watts, came with 3 smoothie glasses and two large mixing bowls which I have not used yet, but love the product. I bring smoothies to work most mornings.. Extremely powerful.

I was counting my weight training as pilates. I know it certainly was not an accurate way, but it was the most similar because you don't work up your heart rate. However, I just bought a polar FT 7 heart rate monitor. It is way more accurate even for cardio. The machines can sometimes actually almost double your calories.…

I agree with Jan about Dr. Oz. I think he jumps on every band wagon that comes around. I am really disappointed with him. In any event try and eat small snacks throughout the day whether you are hungry or not, then maybe you will not be so hungry at night.

I'm pretty much doing it by a set amount of time, 30 minutes or more.

Dee, many years ago I was involved in a weight loss study at TMH. The guy who was in charge of it was a physiatrist. He had said then that machines can be as much at 50 % off. I would go with the HRM. Just my opinion. Great job!!!

I'm with you about Dr. Oz. I use to like him, but I think he jumps on the band wagon with every latest fad....There's gotta be something in it for him.
