I started in January 2011 and lost 26 pounds eating back all my exercise calories. Since August of 2011...I have lost TWO pounds. I don't know what I am doing wrong...I work out 6 days a week and never eat below 1500-1600 calories NET. THIS IS SOOO FRUSTRATING!!! NUMBERS, NUMBERS, NUMBERS :/

Hey...Are your TOTAL calories 1600 or your NET calories 1600? Just asking because I am now netting 1200 calories (eating back my exercise calories trying not to go over 1600 calories total) and the scale is not budging. I have thrown it out but it didn't for the longest time :( And I don't think NETTING less than 1200…

WATER, WATER, WATER WEIGHT! Thanks Everyone :) I lost 26 pounds doing it with MFP and then the scale STOPPED. Have been losing and gaining the SAME 5 pounds over and over again since then. Changed some macros, workouts and everything under the sun. Before I really lose my mind and end up giving UP, I think this is for the best. Will continue to track…

Thanks Everyone for the great reads and links... I decided to throw the scale out last night...NOT GIVE UP..Just throw out the scale for now. I am becoming so obsessed and consumed by numbers...I need a nap!! Thanks again.. P.S. Will post again soon for an update :)

THANKS ALL! I had upped my calories back in January to 1800 and the scale didn't budge :( In february, I lowered them to 1600...Same. At the beginning of March I decided to only net 1550 and the scale did start moving again for a 4 pound lost total last Friday(1 pound a week)...And then this morning...Back up the 4 pounds.…

I workout on my ellitical 3-4 times a week and Zumba twice a week....Plus the bootcamp style workouts are also cardio...Trust me ;)

Thank you :) i have strated doing some tabata style workouts and some body pump too...What I just cannot understand is no matter what type of exercises one does...A deficit should be a deficit...No? Thanks for the link...I think I already read it ;) xox

THanks...That's the thing..I now have an "easy fit" and I am at a deficit :( I usually net about 15-1600 calories and my data is usually around 2300-2600 calories. I tried eating more and the results were the same....:(
