Scale.
I am now using the measuring tape as a measure of my HARD work...

Great decision! It's so hard to get over numbers since most of us have it etched in our mind that the number is everything when it really isn't. Best of luck!

I had to drop my scale too. I hope the measuring tape works just as well for you as it does me. I have lost more inches than weight.

It's the space between "Dear" and "Scale." The link code puts "%20" in there, but it should be a blank space.
And yes, scales suck.

I lost 26 pounds doing it with MFP and then the scale STOPPED.
Have been losing and gaining the SAME 5 pounds over and over again since then.
Changed some macros, workouts and everything under the sun.
Before I really lose my mind and end up giving UP, I think this is for the best.
Will continue to track my progress with the measuring tape
