  • My Husband and I started T25 together as well but he switched over to Body Beast. :) I have a super FB group that offers support and extra motivation if you are interested. It really helps me push play. :)
  • There is a modifier and she is awesome. She walks you thru. I still do the modified push-ups but you get stronger as you go. If you are interested I do have a Facebook group that offers support and motivation. It really keeps me going and it is good to see people who have the same struggles and successes that you will have!

  • I work out at home. I have a beachbody DVD set and I LOVE it. I love that I can sweat at home in my own space, eat mostly healthy ( I love fries) and I stay accountable with my facebook group. Works for me.

  • I think you can do both! I love T25 because it pushes me hard but I don't do anything else. If you are fairly fit, and it looks like you are active, I don't see why not. There may be couple days you won't want to double up but maybe you will!
  • Get it! It is 25 min - 30 with cool down and a fit for all levels! It is also 5 days a week and I found that much easier to manage. If you want some support and motivation please let me know.!
