Having a personal battle with depression and anxiety for many years, I feel for you. My biggest tip would be - go for a walk. Seriously, find or make time at some point in the day to go for a walk of at least 10 mins. It really does help.

I think that reading these studies into (x) causes cancer can in itself cause cancer.
