It happens. I allow myself to have treats sometimes and nothing makes me angrier than when I allow myself a treat - especially if I planned for it or worked extra for it - only to have it taste awful and not worth it.

I don't do stuffed mushrooms. I like to dice up baby bellas with some onions and fry them in some olive oil with salt and pepper, then eat them on a pita with spinach and some cheese.

I always take the most conservative when it comes to exercise and the highest when it comes to food (when I have to guess). Maybe that isn't the right way to go, but I see it as at least I'm not lying to myself.

I highly recommend the CoQ10 combo. It was suggested that perhaps I had a problem with gluten. I've never been able to give it up 100% but I noticed I have considerably less problems for what its worth.

Stuffed green peppers. Also... roast them with some onions, slice them up, and then freeze them... great for fajitas, pizza toppings, etc.

I was prescribed it one time for my binge eating and my migraines. One of those 2 for 1 drugs. I should add...the fact that it cut down my migraines was frickin awesome, but I didn't lose any weight because I quit taking it shortly after I started because it made my face tingle in a weird way
