Yikes - yeah that's what I was afraid of. What do you mean by the bolded part? It's not a huge site but I work for a financial institution - a small one - where everything is done in-house. Security precautions are, well, pretty high. The code itself isn't complex, it's just a JS/PHP script. But it's clashing with…

I've Googled it but haven't found any helpful answers :ohwell: Screen sharing may work - I'll look into that. Thanks!

The OP doesn't want to lose 30 pounds. That was someone else who made the comment.

A bowl of menudo...or anything spicy. Works for me anyway.

Yup, this. Most bang for your buck, protein-wise.

I'm prone to major bloat after a high sodium intake day. What has helped me is about 4 oz of 100% cranberry juice (not the stuff you find in your grocery store- mostly carried at farmer's market or Sprout's type stores) mixed in 50 oz of water. It really helps me ...I have 3 "doses" of that a week. Have NOT been bloated in…

I didn't meet my goals by my wedding day 2 years ago :( But I aim to look fantabulous by our 5th wedding anniversary where I plan to take a whole new set of wedding photos :) Good luck meeting your goals! Small ones along the way are so much better than the long-term one. You can do it!

Exactly. Wtf did I just read?

I guess I took this too literally (well not the latter part of the quote).

OP - you said you get bloated with everything you eat. That is not normal. Go see your GP and tell them this. There may be some underlying issues. I also notice I get bloated and retain water when I have a high sodium intake but I know my threshold. After a high sodium day, I drink 50 oz of water mixed with about 4 oz. of…

Well it looks like it took you 3 months to add 3 inches. If you only have 1 month to lose all that, I'd suggest calling a seamstress. Good luck!

I eat a crap load of protein so I'm never hungry. There have been a few times where I've had hunger pains...horrible feeling. I prevent that feeling as much as possible. Hate it.

If you don't track calories, how do you know you're just eating 600-800 calories per day?
-
True stuff. OP - keep doing what you're doing. It's obviously working. Like everyone else said, .5 pound per week is a great pace.

So awesome! Thanks for sharing!

Why is the label misleading?

It's funny because it's true.

Tagging for all the great info.

Out of curiosity, why do you think this?

I can't relate but that must be incredibly tough. So sorry for your loss. (virtual hugs)

I guess I lucked out because my parents have 3 AMAZING grandchildren from my brother. I understand my mom would have liked to have grandkids from her only daughter but like Mr Bungle said, not a great reason to have them. And as for my in-laws - feel kind of bad for them. Two sons and no grandchildren. Though I might add…

Multiply your LBM by the number and divide that by TDEE.

Form. Yeah that could be it.

Sounds like heaven. I'll try. Yikes. That sounds like all kinds of hurt. Heal up soon, son!

I don't jog the full 50. Not at that level yet. I jog for about 10 then walk 10 and so on. I'm no stranger to jogging though - did it after lifts as a cool down.

Yeah I'm at a desk all day. SUCKS!!!!!
