    You know, I hate being wrong. And feeling like I've been lied to my whole entire life. And looking like a total idiot to the entire world. Guess it's impossible to have a calorie free, oil based spray, eh? I'm guessing a two second spray on each side, which is roughly an additional 30 calories for each chicken breast (based on information I've found online). Shoot, might as well use real olive oil...

    It's just one of those things where once you *see* it, you'll always know it. (You can also find it in some zero calorie sweeteners.) It isn't an accident that the manufacturers choose a serving size that is < .5 grams.

    Ultimately, it's almost certainly an inconsequential amount of calories (unless you're using bottles of the stuff on popcorn like some have reportedly done), but like you said, there's no benefit of using it compared to just using olive oil.
