Keto wonder bread?
-
Same. I let the pandemic get the better of me for several months and undid all of the work I’ve done in the past. I’m even further away from goal now than ever before but am finally putting measures in place to get back on track for good.
-
Welcome back @elize7 !
-
Ugh! I need the same!
-
My goal for this month is to get back to fasting and cut sugar back out of my life!
-
I’m back and really should start checking in more regularly.
-
It was a group here on MFP that I don’t think exists anymore. I can’t find it either.
-
@elize7 nice to see you around! Today is Day 1 of my 6327 attempt at getting back on track and staying there for good.
-
I’m so happy to see you back! I wondered about you.
-
Yes! Let’s nudge each other!
-
If you don’t see me post for awhile,it likely means I’m off the wagon and could use a nudge...
-
I’m just coming back from a week long slip up. Man do I need serious accountability! I don’t know why I can’t be trusted to just do the right thing for my body because I know it’s the right thing to do...

...it happens to the best of us...

I didn’t start finding it “easy” until I stopped trying so hard to make keto version of the meals and treats that got me here in the first place. Now that I don’t bother with recipes and just eat food as it comes, life is so much easier... it took me a long time to get here, though.

Water weight is still weight. For me, that also equals inflammation so I’m always happy to see it go!
-
You just wrote my story. I am married with two teenagers and I work full time. I lost 25 this time last year only to gain it all back +2lbs. I re-started in October and just hit the 21lbs lost mark this week. I was really inflamed and had a lot of internal healing to do so I didn’t see weight loss right away but I’m…

Awesome! Thank you. I downloaded the app and still get the same notice.

@stormywxs288 Would you be willing to add my numbers for this month?

It’s taken me 4 solid months to lose 18lbs! That’s less than a lb/week! I just keep telling myself that there’s more to this than meets the eye. My body is healing on the inside.

I don’t recommend them as a staple long term, but fat bombs helped me get away from y sweet tooth and stay satiated until my body got the hang of what was happening.
-
Oh. Duh! I thought that was just some kind of glitch with my phone. I didn’t realize you all were actually using an app. I really don’t have room for another app on my phone.
-
That’s the link that brings me to the option to download the app.
-
So I have to download an app?
