Oh, I saw that article too! Yeah, I wanted to do more research on it before starting it. I read that the loading phase was not necessary from a few different sources so I was planning on doing what you did as well. Thank you for your input!

I have 30 day shred, 6 week 6 pack, and shred it with weights. I have tried no more trouble zones on On Demand/Exercise TV as well. I did not really like 30 day shred, but from what I've been seeing/hearing over the past few months, I'm the only one that did not like it lol. I have seen results since starting 6 week 6 pack…

How do you get so much protein daily?? Obviously I know it's possible, of course, but what sources are you getting all of it from, personally?

Omg I'm the exact same way!! When my brother does it I yell at him to eat like a human, and when my boyfriend does it, sometimes I'll say something and sometimes I won't, because usually he's not being a slob-it's just normal eating noises. I just happen to be very sensitive to it I guess! One time a girl sat next to me in…

You took the words right out of my mouth! I have the exact same complaints everyday. I'm just sticking with it and trying to consume more protein and less sugar....continue working out....not giving up....etc. I stay within my calorie/carb/fat/sodium goals, have been drinking waaaay more water, working out 6 days a week…

I use Body Fortress. I like the vanilla one to make protein shakes after my workouts. I put two scoops (52 grams of protein), 1 cup of skim milk, and a cup or half a cup of frozen strawberries in a blender with ice. If you do this before your workout and put it in the freezer, then drink it right after your workout, it's…

Thank you. I've been having protein shakes after my workouts, and with 2 scoops of the protein powder I get 52 grams of protein. I'm having trouble with the new flavors I decided to try out though (ugh) so I need to figure out how to make them better. Other than that though, I have trouble getting a lot of protein from…

Thank you! Oh good, I've had them set pretty close to that actually, but I wasn't sure if that's the way I should do it. I've only had a small calorie deficit because I was told, based on my BMI, that I shouldn't have a deficit of more than 100-200. Thank you, I'll look at those links.

I started with 6 pound weights and they were too heavy for some, like you said (Especially the side lunges where you raise them to eye level-ugh). So I went down to 4 pound weights for everything except the chest flies (Is that what they're called? I only finished 30 day shred last week and already can't remember the names…
