  • Shakeology can help curb those cravings. It amazing what it can do for you. Try the sampler first to see which one you like and then you can make a decision on what flavor you want. Please let me know what I can do to help ok. Hope you enjoy your weekend my friend.
  • Hey Nancy~ I have tried all of the flavors of Shakeology and I love the chocolate the most. If you wanted to try out a few flavors before making a decision you can order the sampler pack. If you order a bag and you do not like it there is a bottom of the bag guarantee. You can send it back and ask for a different flavor or…
  • I hope the move goes well for you. I know I always dreaded the packing and de-cluttering part. My day starts today. I was busy all weekend and had some family in town. Went to a Super Saturday with my sister and nephew for Beachbody. It was a lot of fun and heard people's stories and their journey. Truly inspiring.
  • That's great. I think once I am done with Piyo I am going to do another round of 21 Day Fix.
  • Yeah, let me know. I am using the containers with every program that I do now. It really does help me. How are your workouts going?
  • I was the same way. I was so confused on the containers. I was determined to get it and understand it. I got a sticky note and put in on my cabinet door in the kitchen. I wrote down the color, how many of each color I could have and what that container stood for. I also kept the guide close so I could use it as a quick…
  • I have to remind myself as well as others from time to time that the weight will come off, but not all at once. It's nice to see someone's transformation. That they started with all of this self doubt and to see their final pictures and see them smiling and the confidence they didn't have is all over their face now. That's…
  • Once you start using them Nancy you will be surprised at how easy it is. I was unable to do any meal prep because of travel over the weekend, but I do plan to do it today. I can post some pictures of what the containers look like on your plate later today if you would like. It's amazing how much food you eat.
  • Those are all great ideas. I love to exercise outdoors when the weather is nice. I love to hike and there are plenty of places to do that in NC. I take my pup because he loves it too.
  • You have a safe trip as well and enjoy that nice weekend.
  • I am going to get my massage tomorrow and then heading out of town. I have to go pick my daughter's stuff up from college. I don't mind because she is in the beautiful NC mountains.
  • Hey Nancy~ I need you to add me as a friend on FB because I don't see where you joined the group. Also, no need to worry about this group. The great thing about this group is for the purposes of you taking a look at what we do. So you can be a fly on the wall. If you have questions then you are more than welcome to ask in…
  • Lol...you are so funny. I finally took an anti-inflammatory and it eased off.
  • That's good to hear.
  • You are most welcome.Let me know what you think.

  • Those are all great changes. You are making progress and that is what counts. Great job. You will get the container system before long. I found it easy to do, but I also prepped my food for a few days in advance on Sunday's. This way it was just easy to pull the food out of the fridge measure and put on my plate. I was…

  • Back has been bothering me a little, but I still managed to get the squats in. Great way to start off the morning. Along side my 35 minute sweat workout.
  • Oh no. I'm sorry to hear about no water. We really don't understand how essential these must haves are until we don't have it. As a kid, my dad was military and we would experience at least one hurricane a year. We would typically lose power for a few days. It made things a little more challenging, but we made it through.…
  • You are making progress Nancy and that's what matters. You are doing great. Sorry I have not posted. I have family in town and I have been fighting a sinus headache. This stupid pollen here is killing me. How has your weekend been?
  • It's a love hate relationship for sure lol. My glutes, quads, hamstrings, well let's just say everything lower body is sore today. Good gracious at least I know I am doing something right.
  • Yeah those burpees can be a challenge. Modify as much as you need to. There are times where I have to slow my pace so I am making sure I am doing them correctly. Hope you have a great weekend.
  • Your co-worker was doing a donkey kick. That is actually in one of Tony Horton's workouts in P90x3. Yeah, I used to hate those burpees, but now I kind of like them. It definitely works the core.
  • Omg it's not getting easier for sure.
  • I could only get as far as the toe touches and only one set. I did this after a 48 minute workout of Piyo drench.
  • I have done that too. The names of those two workouts look similar so it's easy to get it confused. Go for the total body and follow it tomorrow with upper body.
  • I could possibly help Melissa. When someone loses a good amount of weight there is elasticity from the skin stretching. It's possible that it could help tighten that area for you. I was thinking about you for when you have your knee surgery.
  • How did it go?
  • That's a great positive outlook. Keep hydrated. I cannot wait to hear your results.
