I've been alternating between tonys 10 minute trainers abs, turbo jams abs and Zumba Core. I'm down about 4 inches off my waistline since I started doing these.

Love It -That would be great after a month or so I always fall off the workout wagon. This last time was 2 months off so Now I'm going strong Hopefully With Seeing feed we can Keep each other on the straight and Narrow-- Hitting Goals. I try to stay strong alone and sometime bites me in the butt :)

Same boat with time management The only thing I have found that works for me is waking up at 4 am coffee relax for an hour and then start working out before kids get up :) My kids are 7 months, 19months and 7.

Hello 27 and the biggest I've ever been packed on pound during the last couple year...Proud mom of 7 month old. 19 month old and 7 year old. Trying to lose those Extra Pound.
