This is an absolutley amazing transformation. You should be so proud of yourself! keep it up girl! You'll loose those thighs in no time, throw in some jumping jacks and some squats, you'll be bidding those bad boys farewell and never see them again!
well done0 -
Me in 2007 - age 16 - 326 lbs
Me last week - age 23 - 221 lbs
This was all before I joined MFP. I recently re-joined MFP because my boyfriend has proven to me that this actually works really good for him. I started going to the gym since yesterday (something I hadn't done before, ever) and I really want to be able to tell myself (and others) that I did it.0 -

I started training/diet on April 14th, 2013, the after pic on the right was taken last week August 14, 2013. My start weight was 234lbs and I currently weigh 188 lbs. I'm a few pounds away from my goal of 185lbs.0 -

In 9 months I have lost 85 pounds and dropped 65 inches. That is at 1500 calories a day, but I eat more if I'm hungry (truly hungry) after a big workout. I have been at this for 38 weeks. That is 266 days. I lost at a rate of 2.25 pounds a week and 1.7 inches a week. I ALMOST didn't post this picture after reading the comment of the girl who doesn't understand how someone could "let themselves go." I don't have a response for that. I just have this picture. This picture... my before picture... is a picture of a girl who stepped up and did something about her weight. I am strong! I am brave! I have my life and weight under control, and I'll show it proudly.
Wow! Your pictures brought me to tears!! A picture can truly say a thousand words!! I'm a woman who is just starting this journey and I have over 100 lbs to lose. So currently, every day, I am facing the fears of looking like a fool in the gym...calculating every food option...and fighting my self doubt...It can be a hard road to go down somedays. So it is so refreshing to see your journey (and others) on here and see that you have made such a difference in your health...it makes me think that I can do this too!! Thanks so much for posting!! Congratulations!!!0 -
You all look great, great job!!!!:flowerforyou:0

Not as impressive as alot of these inspirational people, and my congratulations to each and every one of you, but im happy with my progress
SOOO Impressive!!! it's a lot harder to lose after you hit mid 40's (or over) than it is when you're younger. I can say that because I'm 49. Everyone on here has done an awesome job and your post has been especially inspirational to me.0 -
