  • Yes indeed. Identical twin girls...surprise to me. We found out in our 4 month we were having twins. Not bad for someone who was never going to be able to get pregnant according to doctors. No fertility either. God Bless your 10 month old. Has it taken you long to lose the weight?

  • Thank you. I will be looking for the request. This website has changed so much since the last time I was here. I am not sure how to request friends so I will try to follow your lead. Thanks again!!
  • I switch back and forth, but I tend to go for the treadmill more. I have never seen an out-of shape runner!!
  • I never get on the scale once I start my gym routine again. As you gain muscle, you retain water temporarily. You need this water. You will start to lose fat after a couple of weeks of consistant exercise. This is the healthy way to lose weight. My advice, do not get on the scale and go by how your clothes feel. I went…

  • Don't feel bad. I OD'd on goldfish. 51 pieces is alot for a serving, but it wasn't enough for me. I wanted more. Just remember, tomorrow is another day. I would get on the treadmill if I didn't feel sick from eating all that crap!!! Hang in there!!
  • Don't know if anyone else saw on the news last night that the amount of exercies a woman needs to loose weight has changed. Instead of the previously recommended 30 mins. 3-4 times a week, plus a healthy diet, they now say we need a minimum of 55 mins of moderate to vigorous exercise 5-6 days a week. The news didn't…
  • 1969 Chevy Camaro RS/SS or Z-28, yellow with Black Racing Stripes. Definetly a classic with a very young heart. My dream car!!!
  • Good for you:drinker: Keep up the great work. I would much rather measure my sucess by getting new clothers that what the scale says. Can't wait to buy new smaller jeans too.
  • Hey good for you. You should reward yourself by taking the money you would have spent on those nasty little demons and put it away for one month. At the end of the month, not only will you not have smoked, but you have some extra cash to reward yourself. They are so expensive now, you might have more money saved up than…
  • I just finished downloading everything from ITunes and can't wait to get started. I have needed something like this. Thank you so much for the info. I haven't lost any weight so far and I think this will help. Good luck to everyone trying to do this. I have never seen an overweight runner, so it must work!!
  • Hello right back! I did body for life too after a rough break-up and had good sucess with it, but it consumed so much of my time. I wish I could do it again because I just can't seem to lose the weight now. I think the key is to not eat carbs but is really don't want to cut things out of my diet so drastically that I would…

  • Applebee's Chili Lime Grilled Chicken Salad, so good and only 250 calories. It's on the Weight Watchers menu and is on a bed of fresh spinach with grilled chicken, roasted peppers, red onions, mushrooms and low fat cheese with a chili lime dressing. I highly recommend it and remember, they have carside to go if you don't…
  • I don't have any friends either. I would love to be your friend. I am not sure how to add one though.
  • I also eat it wrapped in brown rice and somtimes just order sashimi. I eat at the same place twice a week if not more so they pretty much accomodate whatever diet I am on at the time. I just can't get it up. Its the only thing I crave. I would eat sushi over candy and cake anyday. I limit myself to just one roll of spicy…

  • Thanks for you message. I fell off the wagon Sunday and haven't been able to get back on. Don't know if its the homemade Easter candy my good friend made or "aunt flo" coming to town, but it SUCKS!!!!! I am getting back on track tomorrow. good luck !!!
  • Determined2Drop, I can't imagine what you are going through but I give you tons of credit for being so honest and open with your problems. You need think and take things in very small steps. Set personal goals for yourself everyday. Tomorrow, set a small goal of maybe exercising just 10 mins. and the next day set a new…
  • Thank you to everyone for your comments and help. I agree that trying to eat better would be the first step before doing something so drastic. I don't believe in starving your self by any means. I think if I consistently resist that bad temptations, than I might be able to get where I need to be. I have been in this fog…
  • Ok, gross topic and I apologize, but has anyone done a cleanse or dextox? I have had high liver enzymes on my last two blood tests and it has been suggested I try a cleanse. I have also heard that doing one helps you get all kinds of gross things out of your body as well as kills cravings for sugar and artificial stuff. I…
  • Ok, just stop beating yourself up right now because we all have been there before. Tomorrow is another day to get back on track. I agree to eating small meals 5-6 times a day. It helps with cravings and keeping your metabolism up. Don't keep the junk food in the house and after you eat I recommend brushing your teeth or…
  • I love the text messaging tool. I will have to call my cell phone provider and change my plan but it is so worth it. Thanks for the info. Sorry I have nothing else to contribute.
  • I would try to do a little bit of exercise. It will boost your seratonin levels and change your mood a little and I find when I exercise, I have an easier time sticking to my eating better because I dont' want to undo what I just did. Even if it is as little as 10 mins, its a start. Stop beating yourself up, it is never to…
  • Good luck to you. You can do it.!!!
  • Thanks for the help everyone. I appreciate the info and will give the tea and chromium a try.
  • Just wondering if anyone has tried any natural supplements to aid in their weight loss? I have heard CLA, green tea, and Chromium Picolinate help speed metabolism. Has anyone tried this or have any other suggestions? Thanks!!
  • I am just like all of you too. I am 5'4 and trying to get to 115, but in honesty, I would be happy with anything in the 120's. I have only been doing this for a week, scale hasn't moved, but I feel better. I try not to get on the scale more than once, and that is really only to check-in. I strongly suggest if any of you…
  • Thanks for all of the good ideas. I need several of these tricks to keep me on track.
  • I had the same thing happen to me while I was doing weight watchers. I started working out and the scale didn't move. That's why it is good to take measurements too. You are making progress, but sometimes it takes awhile for the scale to catch up. Just stick with it and remember to change your workout routine every six…
  • I was a regular sushi eater, about 4 times a week and cut back to two. My restaurant knows me so well they wrap my rolls in brown rice. I only get the salmon because of the concern with the mercury, plus salmon in so good for your skin. If you get it wrapped in the brown rice, you are better off. Good luck.
