I joined awhile ago but have never said Hi. So HI! I started Body for life on Monday and this is really helpful keeping track of Calories and what I'm doing at the gym.

    Hello right back! I did body for life too after a rough break-up and had good sucess with it, but it consumed so much of my time. I wish I could do it again because I just can't seem to lose the weight now. I think the key is to not eat carbs but is really don't want to cut things out of my diet so drastically that I would set myself up to fail. Anyway, sorry for rambling, good luck to you!:drinker:

    Hi, I also joined this week and am loving MFP!! I love to have a place to log what I eat and it is great to read all the different topics in the forum!!
