I had this with two of my pregnancies really badly, I had to be induced at 38 weeks with both babies, i now attend a fitness pilates class once a week, I have been doing this for two years now and have had no probs but if I miss a couple of weeks my hips start playing up again!!

I started mid jan but have had to take 3 days off due to my knee being so painful (and one day hungover dying on the sofa!) i am on day 15 and feel much better. I weighed in after 1st week but had lost nothing, I measured and had lost an inch off my bust, waist and hips, I am going to measure again on day 20 then day 30…

Same here first day today, 1200 cals I want to lose 10 pounds of baby weight that I have been unable to shift, my daughter is 2 now so I do not have any excuses this time! Really need to stay motivated!
